A Mindful Cold Plunge Practice Log
A tracker built by someone who's actually done the work — not a template.
welcome to the practice logs
for the practice between sessions
A workshop lasts a few hours. The practice is what happens after — the 6am plunge alone, the breath count nobody's watching. These are built for that part: real tracking, real reference material, made by someone who's actually logged the sessions himself.
What's inside:
90 daily session pages — water temp, duration, breath holds, how you felt before and after
A built-in breathwork reference guide
A 90-day arc with reflection prompts at day 30, 60, and 90
Hand-drawn original cover art, undated pages so you can start any day
why I made this
I've been doing this work in some form for almost 30 years — qi gong and zen meditation first, in Taipei, then yoga, then breathwork after a bike accident forced me to actually learn how my own body works. Somewhere in all of that, I kept wanting a log that respected the practice: real structure, not just blank lined pages with a lotus flower on the cover. So I made one. Hand-drawn cover, a built-in breathwork reference guide, a 90-day arc that doesn't pretend day 1 and day 90 feel the same. If you're already doing the work, this is built for how you actually train.
Both editions are the exact same book — same 90 days, same content — just different tones. Navy is moody and grounded, closer to plunging at night or in winter. Mint is lighter and more open, closer to a morning practice. Pick whichever matches where you're at.
